Supplier Register

Starting from 01/02/2018 the new Rai Supplier Register is established.

The Regulation of the new Rai Supplier Register, also called Albo, is published, starting from 01/02/2018, on the present page of the site www.portaleacquisti.rai.it – Supplier Register section, as well as on the website www.fornitori.rai.it - Albo FORNITORI Section.

The Register is divided into the product categories indicated in Annex A of the Regulations, subdivided into three main areas: the radio and television sector, the necessary contracts and the ordinary sector.

The Rai Supplier Register serves as a list to be used by Rai to select the Economic Operators to be invited: (a) to the competitive procedures, issued in accordance with its corporate provisions, within the Merchandise Categories of the radio and television sector and the necessary Contracts (as defined in the Regulations) and (b) the negotiated procedures referred to in Article 36, letters (b) and (c) of the Public Procurement Code (D.Lgs. 50/2016).

The subscription to the product categories of the Rai Supplier Register is open to all economic operators referred to in Article 4, paragraph 1, letter p) of the Code of public contracts in possession of professional, financial, technical and organizational requirements for the performance subject of interest for Rai or for the Rai Group companies as well as the general requirements of art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

Requests for registration in the Rai Suppliers Registration must be done only electronically, by completing the interactive form in the RAI Purchasing Portal www.portaleacquisti.rai.it - Supplier Register Section (as defined in Annex C of the Rai Regulations).

The operators interested in, if not already enabled, must first request authorization to the RAI Purchasing Portal by following the instructions contained in the RAI Purchasing Portal www.portaleacquisti.rai.it - "Activation" section.

Authorization to the Purchasing Portal and registration in the Rai Supplier Registration are both free of charge.

Starting from 01/02/2018, it will no longer be possible to request registration with the pre-existing Register and List of Rai Suppliers. Registrations with the pre-existing Register and List of Rai Suppliers will remain valid until the two-year expiry date, in accordance with the previous Regulations.

If you already enabled at the Purchasing Portal Rai, insert user id and password and start the registration process to the product category of your interest.
